Boiling Springs, N.C. - Today's softball doubleheader between the Gardner-Webb Runnin' Bulldogs and the Presbyterian College Blue Hose has been cancelled due to inclement weather and will be re-scheduled for next Wednesday, April 25th, at 2 p.m.

The doubleheader next week will be added to the internet video streaming schedule on the Big South Network, presented by State Farm, and can be viewed at www.bigsouthsports.com.

The Runnin' Bulldogs will return to action this Saturday and Sunday, as Gardner-Webb will host the Charleston Southern Buccaneers for a three-game conference series.  Saturday's doubleheader is slated for a 1 p.m. start, while the third and final game is scheduled for Sunday at 2 p.m.

Prior to the start of the doubleheader on Saturday afternoon, the Runnin' Bulldogs will recognize their five seniors in Cindy Boomhower, McKenzie Morenus, Lindsea Hutchinson, Jane Savage and Michelle Primm as part of the Senior Day festivities.
